The Public Service Commission (PSC) Vice Chairperson, Ms. Mary Kimonye, has underscored the critical role of effective communication in leadership and governance.
Speaking on 22nd September 2025 during a media training workshop in Naivasha, Ms. Kimonye emphasized that clear communication is essential to prevent misunderstandings and confusion in public service.
“Communication inspires confidence, builds trust, and rallies support,” she said.
Echoing her sentiments, Media Council of Kenya (MCK) CEO David Omwoyo noted that effective communication is vital in addressing media biases and strengthening public confidence in institutions.
