On 12th June 2025, officials from the Ethiopian Civil Service Commission (ECSC) paid a courtesy visit to the Public Service Commission (PSC) to benchmark best practices in Human Resources management.
The head of the delegation, Dr. Birhanu Asfau, commended the PSC for its citizen-focused policies.
“The Human Resource policies currently operational in your public service have significantly enhanced service delivery to the citizenry,” he noted.
Dr. Asfau also praised the Commission for providing graduates with opportunities to gain experience and practical skills through its one-year internship.
